1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Elenjoy Digital Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for marketing support services and event organization around entrepreneurship and self-care.
2. Services Provided
Elenjoy Digital Co. offers two types of services:
Marketing Support: Consulting and strategic support for companies in the implementation and optimization of their marketing efforts.
Event Organization: Development and coordination of themed events around entrepreneurship and self-care.
3. Pricing
Service prices are quoted in US dollars and specified in the estimate or contract signed by the Client. Any additional service will be subject to a supplementary estimate and agreement between both parties.
4. Payment
Payment for services is made via bank transfer, through the website, or via a secure Stripe link. No service will begin without confirmation of payment or adherence to the agreed payment schedule.
5. Cancellation and Refund
No refunds will be granted after the validation and payment of services, except in the event of the service being canceled by Elenjoy Digital Co. for reasons beyond its control. In such a case, a full refund will be issued.
6. Liability
Elenjoy Digital Co. commits to providing the agreed services with professionalism and care. However, the Company cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7. Modifications
Elenjoy Digital Co. reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. Changes will apply to all future orders but will not affect ongoing contracts.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and content provided by Elenjoy Digital Co. as part of its services remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Elenjoy Digital Co. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client in connection with the performance of its services.
10. Applicable Law
These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts.
